Complete game with a few extra game pieces. Instructions are a copy, as well as instructions on box. This game can be played with 2-4 players, very simple and fun for the little ones. They roll a dice to be able to add parts and build their own Cootie bug. Simply and fun, requires no reading, a fun game the entire family can enjoy.
All game pieces are in excellent condition, box is very nice as well, the only splits on on the top of the box where you open and shut, very minor and has been repaired.
